APT's Tattoo Mastery Test and is recognized as a Tattoo
Master. Through education, knowledge and activism, APT and

In 1976 The GYPSY entered
the world of Body Art and for 35 years he offered
his valued clients the HIGHEST
QUALITY ART in the safest enviroment.
In August of 2010 The GYPSY retired from the Body Art
Industry. Now he works to educate the general public on Body
Art Safety and Artistic issues. This site has been developed
to promote safe and artistic Body Art and to help
professionals, collectors and just those with a general
interest in the art gain a better understanding of the
industry. We hope you enjoy your visit

UBTAT2D
was established
in 1994. We developed this site with the view that; "It is our duty
to educate you about safe and high quality Body Art. Each
person with an interest in Body Art are
individuals with individual ideas and needs. Therefore we will always
work to ensure that you always receive the best of individual attention, care
and information while visiting our site. We guarantee that you will
leave this site better educated in the Body Art Industry and
all artistic and safety aspects that surround it. Education is the best preventative medicine that is
why we feel that no QUESTION
you may ask is "stupid" just unanswered. We are here to answer
all of your
BODY
ART questions."
This has been our mission for

Obtained This Recognition And Distinction. |

Former Member Of The Kansas Board Of Cosmetology And Received His
Appointment From Kansas Governor Mark Parkinson On September

accept questions on proper tattooing and piercing procedures,
including but not limited to, licensing, sterilization, studio
promotion, safety, what to look for in an artist/studio,
aftercare, apprenticeship, studio management and proper
design/piercing placement. I can also rate artistic quality. We
also can answer questions on tattoo/piercing resources, ie;
books, videos, studios and artists/piercers. PLEASE NOTE THE
FOLLOWING BEFORE ASKING YOUR QUESTION: I will NOT answer "How
To" questions. If you want to know how to tattoo or pierce do
the right thing and seek out a formal apprenticeship. Tattooing
and piercing are not a "Learn On Your Own" professions. ALSO:
Please DO NOT ask me about tattoo or piercing prices. Rates vary
from region to region. You will need to check with studios in
your area for their current rates.
